Our definition of full service real estate company is really handling anything that comes our way, or anything that comes your way as a seller.

Well, traditionally that meant you would put a sign in the yard, you could take care of photos, you would input a home in the MLS, you would negotiate contracts, requests for repairs, and really see that transaction from beginning to end, contract to close. Well, really our definition of full service real estate company is really handling anything that comes our way, or anything that comes your way as a seller.

So here we go, this is a good example of it. This is a listing of ours, and we discovered this water leak at our walkthrough just prior putting the home on the market. So to give you a little bit of idea, what was done ahead of time. Seller did touch up paint, we paid for window cleaning, we paid for staging, we completed our professional photography, our video, our 3D walkthrough, we paid for the professional home cleaning. We were ready to go.

So as a seller, they were working hard to get their home on the market, as a listing brokerage, we were working very hard and diligently to get their home on the market. And we discovered a water leak. So full service for us means we're going to coordinate everything. We're going to coordinate a water restoration company, which we did here. I guess I should actually back up. In this case, it was this main line, we shut off water immediately when we discovered it, we brought out a plumber to fix the piping, and then we scheduled a water remediation company.

So where we're at right now is we are just getting ready to do the repair work and the contract will be out soon. So it really doesn't matter who you work with as far as full service and what does full service mean. So don't panic, we can definitely handle this, and we've handled it, whether it's pre-listing, in the middle of the listing, and sometimes even in escrow. So, definitely something that causes a lot of concern for sellers, but definitely something that we're willing to handle for you. So this is just an example of what a full service real estate company should look like.
