This recipe is praised by everyone! The billberry season is short, so if you want to bake blueberry cookies, make my rich version - with crumble and icing! 😋😋
See my tips on the flour used to enjoy the taste of a fluffy blueberry muffin the next day (assuming there is any leftover 😂). You can successfully prepare jagodzianki from blueberries - they are twice as cheap and available almost all year round!

Ingredients for blueberries:
Dough
- 15 g of fresh yeast (or 1 teaspoon of dry yeast)
- 0.5 cups of sugar
- 0.5 cup of milk
- 1 cup of flour type 450
- 1 cup of type 650 flour
- 50 g butter (melted)
- 3 yolks
- salt
Filling
- 500 g of berries
- 2 heaping tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 2 heaping tablespoons of starch
- 12 g of sugar with vanilla (or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract)
Crumble
- 25 g butter (cold)
- 25 g of sugar
- 50 g of flour
Frosting
- 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar (depending on the density you want to achieve)
- 2 tablespoons of hot water
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Additionally
- 1 egg (for brushing the blueberries)
