You know I’m always down for a rejuvenating self-care experience so when I found out that the Tulum Pueblo Jungle Gym location had an ice bath YOU KNOW I already had to try it! Right after a really strong lifting session, I decided to jump in at no additional cost. When I visited the gym *at the time of this video*, it was included with the day pass. I do have to say that this definitely shocked my system! I felt like I was in the titanic lmao but when I say the energy that I had afterwards and just mentally, feeling stronger and physically feeling refreshed, I definitely highly recommend that you try an ice bath experience in general, but if you happen to be in Mexico, definitely make sure to go check out both Tulum Jungle Gym locations as they are both very unique and offer different vibes and experiences! Be prepared that water is beyond brick BUT so worth it! 🥶💙🙏🏽
