On 4th February of 2022, it suddenly happened to snow at Punakha one the Dzongkhag considered to be a hot place in Bhutan after more than 65 years. Many people believed it's a sign of good Omen and mostly a goodbye to our Corona Virus. Though we did not find any documentation people believed that it's a blessing from The great Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyel. To clarify on this a Lama of Khuruthang Lhakhang explained how this can be a good Omen for Bhutan and also shared his view about the snow symbolising the defeat of Corona Virus.
