I had minor cuts to my right foot when falling on sharp rocks. I was able to attend to my injuries with a first aid kit that I had in the car. After I visited the Hospital to make sure the wounds were properly taken care of.

This was my first time doing SUP and hope it is not my last. Learned not to paddleboard standing up on shallow water with rocks.
