Proving that there have always been inconsiderate neighbors (even in the 1950s!), Ethel and Albert are kept awake by a late-night party next door. Every summer for the past four years, Ethel and Albert have put up with this neighbor’s late parties. And at 3:23 in the morning – make that 3:24! – Albert decides to call the neighbors and complain. (Catch that 1951 phone number – LOCUST 6997!) Before you know it, the party moves into Ethel’s own bedroom.
