This delicious Tofu Skin cold dish can be served as a side dish but also as a main dish! It's very healthy and super easy to make, so you can have it for lunch or dinner as well!
Ingredients:
200 gr tofu skin
1 celery
1 carrot
1 green onion
3 cloves garlic
1 inch piece ginger
2 tbs oil
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chicken powder (optional)
