We spent the week in Victoria, British Columbia on Vancouver Island. We enjoyed a tour of the Parliament building (it's free!), walked through the historic Fairmont Empress, and took a stroll through Fan Tan Alley, the narrowest commercial street in North America. We also visited Butchart Gardens and had high tea.
