Concentrating gold bonding wires from incinerated IC chips on one of our small shaker tables using only water (NO CHEMICALS!!). We had a customer who sent us a ~20 lb sample of incinerated IC chips that had been removed from PCB's (printed circuit boards) and screened to 80 mesh. He is interested in running the ash from the incineration process on one of our small shaker tables to recover out the free gold from the waste ash. The table did a great job recovering the free gold bonding wires. These wires are ~ 30-40 microns in thickness so they are very very fine.
