I've been at it again! Digging through the parts hoard to rediscover my own gems! It this video I take my 1986 ATC 200S and unbox and install a NOS (New Old Stock) Hondaline front rack. We explain what other model ATC's that rack could fit on despite what the instructions say. And we also install new reproduction decals on the rear fenders from https://www.bluelinedecals.com/ while we're at it.

I take my 1983 ATC 70 Christmas Special and install a new rear fender decal on that, also from Blue Line Graphics. During this installation we show the steps to remove the old decal and prep the machine for the new decal, then how to install the new decal using windex.

Then, with the assistance of my Lead Mechanic and Assistant Videographer, Palin, we take a Honda Tool Box from some other machine and drill some holes to allow it to attach to the front rack on my 1987 Big Red 250ES. I've had this box for over 2 years now... it was time I finally made this happen. It didn't come with any hardware either, so I used some vibration insulators that I bought on McMaster-Carr. They worked great.
