Coasteering is an adventurous outdoor activity that involves navigating a coastal environment by climbing, swimming, jumping, and scrambling along rocky shorelines.

I had no idea what to expect, as this was a mysterious adventure.
I said yes to it, without knowing how is going to turn out.
In the midst of it I met with the element of danger and I must say, I didn't react very bravely. I was so overwhelmed with fear.

The only way back to safety, was going back into the crazy waves and swim for life.

I do not regret doing it, the experience itself was both traumatising and healing.

The process of turning fear into courage is not comfortable, is not easy and is not for the faint hearted (although I felt like fainting more then once).

The only way out, is through!
