💬 "Obviously keeping your taper head clean and well lubricated is going to help a lot. But something that is often overlooked is cleaning and lubricating the actual tube itself. Overtime mud dries up on the side walls of the tube which causes friction against the plunger which results in tape drag. A smooth well lubricated tube means your plunger will have less resistance and will slide up and down a lot easier resulting in less drag."
