This video shows the inflight experience with China Eastern Airlines in economy class on a domestic flight from Wuxi to Beijing. This flight means you are in Beijing before lunch.

It's a great idea to charge your devices as there may not be any inflight entertainment as seen on this flight. Also I like to buy food at the airport as meals on domestic Chinese airlines can be horrible like this one.

I cannot remember if I could do seat selection before arriving at the airport. As a foreigner remember your passport.
