• Put the dumlings in pot after water is boiling. First the dumplings will sink to the bottom of pot. If we keep cooking it, the dumplings will be floating slowly. After the dumplings expand, add cold water for 2-3 times. Add cold water each time after the water is boiled. Then we can take the dumplings out.
