In The Future, when body swapping is made easy, people pay other people to do things in their body's they don't want to do...such as go to the gym. But when Mark's normal trainer Bob can't make the appointment, he is surprised by the replacement, the beautiful Michelle. Now they have switch bodies and 'she' has left with Mark's body, and 'he' is left alone in her body at his house.
