So why did Roblox remove Guests? Guests were a feature for people to play and test out Roblox before making an account. You could play any game but couldn’t chat or change your avatar. A reason for their removal is Guests could exploit in games and break rules. Since they were not technically real accounts just “Guests” they could easily avoid bans making them immune from punishment. Roblox explained on the developer forum that removing Guests would make more people sign up for Roblox to chat, buy in-game items, and have their progress saved. Should Guests return?
