Today we come out of the hustle and bustle of Seoul and take Buvna somewhere they really wanted to visit when they were in Korea. A Korean Buddhist temple. With Barney recently becoming a dad, and Guvna having had a new baby girl, it was a much needed change of pace in the nature with lots of wisdom from the monk who showed us around the temple. Although we have different faiths, we all went in with an open mind and was able to experience a deep sense of gratitude, peace, and letting go. And then we ended the day with some incredible vegan temple food!

오늘은 북적북적한 속세를 떠나 영국 래퍼 친구들이 한국에 와서 꼭 하고 싶었던 템플 스테이 체험을 하러 갔습니다.
최근에 아빠가 된 바니와, 둘째 딸을 낳은 거브나가 맘속에 그동안 쌓아놓고 있었던 걱정과 스트레스가 많았었는데, 자연 속에서 숨을 고르고 스님 말씀에 감동도 많이 받고 위로를 받았습니다. 종교는 다르지만 오픈 마인드로 이 체험을 하면서 인류가 공통적으로 할 수 있는 감사, 평화, 내려놓음을 배울 수 있었던 너무 뜻깊은 시간이었습니다.
그리고 마지막으론 사찰음식을 소개해 줬는데, 비건 음식이 이렇게 맛있을 수 있는 줄 몰랐습니다!
