We caught up with MIYA from MUCC, who's getting ready to go on tour to support their new single "Ai no Uta" that will be released on 6/4. Miya explains how he incorporates EQD's new distortion Zoar into his system with his long-time favorite HAPAS guitar and his idol's signature guitar, Fender's L'Arc-en-Ciel ken model. Using two guitars with completely different characteristics will show you the many possibilities that Zoar has to offer...and pay attention to how the pedal give his amp different expressions on each channel.

Considering MUCC's musicality there must be a considerable number of tones in their songs as the band has been around for over 25 years, but MIYA is always moving forward in the selection of equipment. The band has experimented with many genres of music and Miya has no hesitation in incorporating new tones from new equipment into his guitar sound.

MIYA has always been using EQD pedals since he discovered his beloved Disaster Transport SR. He now rocks the Hizumitas Fuzz, Ledges and Astral Destiny reverb to cover songs from over 25 years of his music career. He proves that his combination of effects are so versatile and timeless so that anyone can use those EQD pedals on any genres of music!
