Halal Guys Chicken Platter | How to make halal guys chicken and rice

Halal Guys had been started by three Egyption founders. It was originally started at NYC. Their chicken and gyro over rice, falafel sandwiches and many more options are very famous. In this video I showed how to make Halal Guys style chicken platter at home.

Ingredients:

Chicken Marination:

Yogurt-1/3 cup
Ginger and garlic paste -1 + 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder- 1 + 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Cumin and Coriander Powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder- 1/4 tsp
White Vinegar- 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice- 1/2 tsp
Adobo seasoning- 1/4 tsp (Optional)
Oil- 2 tsp
Chicken Breast - 2 lb

Grill:
potato
Charcoal

Hot Sauce Preparation

Tomato-1 cup
Garlic Cloves- 2-3
Soaked Red Chili-8-10
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder- 1/2 tsp (for color)
Salt- 1/2 tsp
White Vinegar- 1 tsp
Lemon Juice- 1/2 tsp

White Sauce Preparation

Yogurt/ Sour Cream- 2+1/2 tbsp
Homemade Mayonnaise-2-3 tbsp
White Vinegar- 1/4 tsp
Adobo seasoning- 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder- 1/4 tsp
Oregano- 1/4 tsp

Pita Bread Preparation

All Purpose Flour- 1 cup
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Yeast- 1/2 tbsp
Water- 1/4 cup

Rice Prepartion:

Basmati rice - 1 cup
Water - 1+1/2 cup
Oil -2 tbsp
Salt
Onion- 1/2
Cinnamon
Cloves
Orange food color- 1/8 tsp

Others:
Lettuce
Tomatoes
