Ingredients:

2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons oil
4-6 bread buns (pav)
Chutneys (tamarind, green chutney, or garlic chutney)

Instructions:

1. Mix the mashed potatoes with onion, garlic, ginger paste, lemon juice, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
2. Shape into small dumplings (vadas).
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the vadas until golden brown.
4. Serve the vadas in bread buns with your favorite chutneys and spices.
