Ice candy is a delicious sweet treat especially for the kids. Making your own ice candy is easy and fun. The options are endless! You can experiment with different flavours such cookies and cream, queso, or even fresh fruits like avocado and mango. In this video, I will teach you how to make an ice cream like texture chocolate ice candy.


Ingredients:

1 cup cocoa powder
1 can kremdensada
3 cups sugar
8 cups water
7-8 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup water for diluting cornstarch
1 cup hot water for melting the cocoa powder

Yield: 53 Pieces
You can sell it for 5 pesos each
Ice candy plastic: 1 1/2x10
