You start by placing the fabric into two folds and then another fold making a total of four folds.

Next, you mark out the desired length with the fold edge allowance included and then you mark out the vertical measurements which includes the breast point, under bust,half waist (which might not be necessary) and the shoulder to hip.

Next,you mark out the horizontal measurements which includes the shoulder divided by two, the pleat measurement which is right inches and another five inches for the sleeves.

After the mark outs, you iron out the folds , cut out the excesses and next you proceed to the back neckline markings and cut out.

After all these, you open up the fabric to cut out the front neckline and stitch the facing on it.

At this point, the embroidery is next and for the finishing, you insert the sleeves and fold the down part and that concludes the making of this beautiful Kaftan Bubu Dress.
