The only way to stop a bad habit is to have a solid reason to be free from it.
Be thankful for each and every day. Be grateful for the chance to change. With gratitude for all the good things in your life and knowing that God loves you, you can let go cigs, drugs, and alcohol, and anything else that steals your health and your freedom. It is time for you to stop killing yourself with poison. Cigarettes do not do anything for you, but to take your life, and tax your freedom. You are better than this, I tell you the truth, that you are worth it. Get your life back. Get your self some new healthy habits. Let go of the people in your life who are not for you. Say no to daily death, and yes to new life. The same power that rose Jesus from the dead is available to you when you ask God, and the Holy Spirit to help you step into the better life that He has given you.
