Kusinica sa Probinsya: Fish Escabeche
Ingredients:
2 pieces tilapia fish
1 knob Ginger, chopped
5 cloves garlic chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
4 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup water
Flour for dredging
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed in 1/3 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
Green onions or leeks, chopped for garnish
Kusinica Tip: You can use other fishes like Red Snapper (Maya-Maya), Pompano, Talakitok or Lapu-Lapu
