Everyone smiles! Fried Rice with big pork BBQ cubes | Tokyo's BEST Fried Rice Shop

Marutsuru is a legendary Chinese restaurant in Tokyo founded in 1967. Customers from all over Japan make a long line in front of the store to taste famous fried rice. A lot of big pork BBQ cubes are in the fried rice. Another best-selling dish is the fried rice with Tobiko caviar. Not only fried rice but also various kind of ramen is worth trying. All the dishes are gorgeous and super delicious!!

The owner & chef of the shop is Mr. Minoru Okayama. He started working in a Chinese restaurant when he was 10 years old. He has been cooking fried rice since then. Please check out the incredible wok technique of a 75-year-old chef!
