I recently traveled to Verdun in France, and had a chance to stop by a couple places shown in Battlefield 1's They Shall Not Pass DLC expansion for the French Army.

This video is about the DLC map Verdun Heights, and specifically I visited Fort de Vaux, Fort Douaumont, the Thiaumont Strongpoint, Bois des Caures, and the villages of Samogneux, Haumont pres Samogneux, and Douaumont.
