In this video, we list down 12 of the most stunning and memorable evening gowns that we saw in this year's pageants.

Pageant gowns generally have only one silhouette (the body hugging type) and would be decked to death with crystals, sequins and beads. And this year saw the oversaturation of gold/ silver/ nude-illusion tulle gowns, high slits and heavy beadwork in most of pageant gowns on parade. So much that even the most stunning gowns under this category has become muddled with the rest.

There was a general lack of color and diversity of cut/ shape among this year's pageant gowns that we almost didn't list down what we thought are the most memorable and stunning gowns this year. However, there are some pageant gowns that truly made our jaws drop in awe for being so fashion or for being to out-of-the-box in its design and those are the ones included in this list.

Vlogger's Note: the gowns that we included in this list are those that have lasting impact in our memory among the thousands of gowns that were paraded onstage this year. These are the ones that we thought were the most memorable, interesting and innovative.
