Shannon Lee Sanford here and I’m a second-generation Villager. My parents built in the Northern Region of The Villages way back in 2003 and my family would visit as often as we could, especially during the holidays. Now that we are empty nesters, my husband and I moved here back in 2021 because his job allowed him to work from home, and my Dad is going through some health challenges and we wanted to be near them.

Although I’m an engineer by education, I’ve had several different careers and businesses over the years including owning single-family rental homes. So, when we moved to The Villages, I thought it would be fun to help people find a retirement (or investment home) in this amazing community. And I consider it an honor to support others when they need to move. Especially, if it’s due to difficult circumstances.
