What do you do when you need to keep moving but you're in pain?

My body is kicking me in the butt at the moment. My back is struggling with my wonky #scoliosis spine. My neck decided to join in which sometimes happens when my back is not happy. Then my ear is blocked and painful, possible because I have slept weird due to my back and neck!!!

So over the last few days I have been taking it easy and trying to relax but also keep moving as much as possible without over-doing it. Not easy.

At times like these when I still want to feel like I am supporting myself I remember how much I love playing my tongue drum. The vibrations help me relax whilst the gentle movement feels ok. I'm not an expert at the drum but thought I would share my random drumming with you lovely people.
