INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lbs thinly sliced beef chuck steak
2 to 3 Tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
7 Tbsp all-purpose flour
4 cups beef stock
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
add seasoning & salt to preference
if using a tender beef cut, then only use 3 cups of beef stock
