If you don’t build your dreams, somebody will hire you to build theirs. And that is exactly what Ms. Aditi Raval popularly known as RJ Aditi, a woman of substance and multiple talents, represents. Initially starting her career as an outdoor broadcaster in the radio industry, she was selected for the position of OB jock due to her sheer competence, hard work, and free spiritedness. She has also worked as a regional backup music manager, producer, regional social media manager, sound producer, film reviewer and infotainer. After eight years of service to the industry, she left the glamorous world of radio to pursue her passion for entrepreneurship. She is currently working as an independent social media and brand consultant and creative adviser for entertainment industry and is now set to launch her own company. After eight years of service to the industry, she left the glamorous world of radio to pursue her passion for the world of Digital Media. She is currently working as an independent social media infotainer. She is also running her own private Ltd agency. She is also associated with the Gujarati film industry and first filter of a leading bollywood production house for the regional cinema. She was a creative producer of the film 'Vitamin She'.
