This week we set out with food in mind; it's another Catch and Cook on Angling 360. The ultimate goal is some fresh and healthy Mackerel dishes, but some bright spark thought it would be a good idea to pair these lovely fish with some freshly foraged wild mushrooms.

Mackerel and mushrooms may not be a food pairing you hear of very often, but at Angling 360 we love a challenge. Part one of this unique challenge is to firstly, find some mushrooms, and it's the stunning Chanterelle that's on the radar.
