After tasting many versions of Sopa de Lima while traveling Mexico's Yucatán Peninsula, Pati recreates her favorite one at home. What really makes this soup distinctly Yucatecan is the lima - a flowery and fragrant citrus fruit that has none of the tartness of lime or lemon, only the sweet.
