In this video we will learn how to play the sum 4 system.

We will start with the arrivals to the corner, which we have called base paths.

Before we see the complete system, it is very important to know the base paths that allow us to reach the corner, starting from the short cushion and playing without effect.

Now, let's see the complete system that allows us to calculate the attack point in the first cushion.

The SUM 4 system is played without effect.

The formula is very simple, since the attack value in the first cushion is obtained by subtracting the start value from the arrival value in the third cushion.

In this example we have an arrival value of 5, and a start value of 3. Therefore the attack value in the first cushion will be 2.
