Photographer Darrel Roak came to Cone Editions to spend a week in residency printing an upcoming exhibition at the Griffin Museum and to hone in a portfolio of mixed platinum and cyanotype prints. Darrel used the new Mike Ware Simple Cyanotype method calibrating an impressive exposure scale of 2.70. For the platinum prints, Malde-Ware Methodology 1 sensitizer was used with 50% platinum and 50% palladium at two different humidity settings to produce both warm and warm neutral prints. The Piezography® PiezoDN system was used to make digital negatives.
