After buying the Audi Coupe Quattro I became fascinated with Audis of the 1990s and when I picked up this 2 litre 16-valve Audi 80 Avant with the ACE engine I always intended to try to make it something special until I could afford an Audi S2 Avant. Prices for S2s have skyrocketed so I picked up a C4 Audi S6 instead so which still leaves a need for an estate/ Avant in my "collection".
