Although Shreveport-Bossier’s Mardi Gras parades didn’t roll in 2021, the fun marched on with a virtual Mardi Gras Party. Guests were sent a king cake making kit in advance, recorded their process, and reveled at the new memories and Mardi Gras spirit!
