Update: One half hour after messaging Creality's engineers to let them know of the defective part on my new printer, I received a message back from the engineers saying they are sending a replacement part to Banggood for them to send to me. Seems odd that Creality doesn't send the part directly. Know, let's see how fast Banggood comes to the rescue and sends this replacement part.

Purchased from Banggood. Let's see how they handle this defect. Note: Just to speed things up, I'll be contacting my credit card company to let them know of this defect and the fact that this printer is completely uselss.

I've contacted Banggood, also let the makers of the CR-10 know of this issue (poorly made Z axis bracket) and told both I'd remove this video once I receive the correctly made Z axis bracket and find the the entire printer works as expected. It's only fair. Also, I DID stop payment to Banggood to boost their support for my issue. Time will tell as well as telling, YOU, the public on what to expect from the makers of this printer as well as Banggood, the retailer, on how they support their customers.
