So I've started to teardown the entire engine with plans to build a 3.0 stroker from the stock m52. Using m54b30 rotating assembly - Crank, rods, and pistons, and a M54 intake cam. With that in mind, I'm also doing all the basics to the engine while I'm in there. New main and new rod bearings, New piston rings, New gaskets all around, new timing assembly, New rod, main and head bolts, new pulleys, new thermostat, water pump, etc...
