If their tool kit includes gaslighting, scapegoating, digital stalking, or triangulation manipulation.

You can't change them as they don't see that anything is wrong.

Don't let your empathy keep you in a deleterious situation. Walk away, live your life.

If they heal on their own then they'll come join you out in the sun.
