Loading dirt with a Takeuchi CTL
Before starting any machine ensure you are wearing the appropriate safety gear, including a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and steel toed boots.

Make sure the CTL is in good working order with the bucket or attachment properly connected. Check the hydraulic fluid level and inspect for any leaks.
Position the CTL near the dirt or material you want to load. Ensure it’s on stable ground.
Lower the bucket or attachment close to the ground to get it in the right position for loading.
Use the machine’s controls to manipulate the bucket. Most CTLs have joysticks or levers to control the arm and bucket movement
Gentle push the bucket into the material, allowing the bucket’s cutting edge to dig into the material
Slowly raise the bucket using the ctl’s hydraulic system. Make sure not to overload the machine or raise the bucket too quickly as it can affect stability
Once you’ve filled your desired level, carefully transport the material to your desired location.
Use the CTL’s controls to tilt the bucket and release the material.
Always be aware of your surroundings and ensure there are no obstacles or people in your work area. Follow all safety guidelines and best practices for operating heavy equipment.
Remember that operating heavy equipment requires training and experience. If you’re not familiar with its operations, it’s essential to seek training or hire a skilled operator to ensure safety and efficiency.
