1 Cup - Chickpea ( Soaked ) / ১ কাপ - ছোলা ( ভেজানো )
1 Cup - Green Moong Beans ( Soaked ) / ১ কাপ - সবুজ মুগডাল ( ভেজানো )
1 Cup - Atop Rice ( Soaked ) / ১ কাপ - আতপ চাল ( ভেজানো )
1/2 Cup - Water / ১/২ কাপ - জল
Salt to taste / লবণ স্বাদমতো
1 Tsp - Turmeric Powder / ১ চা চামচ - হলুদ
1 Tsp - Black pepper Powder / ১ চা চামচ - গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো
Carrot ( chopped ) / গাজর ( কুচোনো )
Onion ( Chopped ) / পিয়াঁজ ( কুচোনো )
Capcicum ( Chopped ) / ক্যাপসিকাম ( কুচোনো )
Yellow Bell Pepper ( Chopped ) / হলুদ বেল পেপার ( কুচোনো )
Spring Onion ( Chopped ) / পিয়াঁজ পাতা ( কুচোনো )
Refined Oil / সাদা তেল

For Green Chutney -
1 inch - Ginger / ১ ইঞ্চি - আদা
10-12 Cloves - Garlic / ১০-১২ কোয়া - রসুন
4-5 - Green Chillies / ৪-৫ টা - কাঁচা লঙ্কা
1 bunch - Coriander Leaves / ১ গুচ্ছ - ধনেপাতা
