Ingredients and preparation:
- 800 gr. minced meat
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- primrose leaves
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- A little pepper
- 1 teaspoon of small red pepper
- 3 teaspoons bread crumbs (breadcrumbs)
- a little grated nutmeg
Mix all the ingredients and make meatballs with your hands, roll in breadcrumbs.

- 5 tablespoons of oil
Fry the meatballs for 3-4 minutes on one side and 3-4 minutes on the other. Take them out on a plate and add the onion and all the other ingredients listed below to that oil. Follow the video recipe.
