Nigerian singer Tems won the Dr. Bobby Jones Best Gospel/Inspirational Award at the 2024 BET Awards for her song "Me & U." The event was held at the Peacock Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles. Tems triumphed over notable artists like Kirk Franklin, CeCe Winans, and Maverick City Music. Previously, in 2022, she won BET Awards for Best International Act and Best Collaboration for Wizkid’s "Essence."
