Chicken Curry ingredients:
2kg whole chicken (wash in turmeric and salt before cooking)
Oil - 4 tablespoon
Cinnamon stick - 1
Mustard seeds - ½ teaspoon
Fennel seeds - ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
Dried red chillies - 3
Bay leaves - 3
Onions - 2
Cardamom pods - 2
Clove - 3
Some salt
Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
2 pieces of ginger
Garlic cloves - 6
1 large tomato
Garam masala - ½ tablespoon
Curry powder - 3 tablespoons
Coconut milk - 1 cup (273ml)
Hot water - 1 cup (273ml)
Some curry leaves
Green chillies - around 8
