In this video we take a backyard from dirt and weeds to minimalist chic using low cost products that are both visually appealing and easy to maintain. Using weed barriers we create a space that will shed water and make it hard for weeds to grow. The drain using round rocks creates a space for water to flow while keeping it away from the house foundation. The decomposed granite provides visual appeal and simple design. You can create this basic backyard and then add whatever elements you want, from fire pits, to seating areas, to outside cooking areas.
