Easy Lunch Menu / Meen Curry,Vendakka Avial ,Morucurry/Kerala Style/Fish Curry,Lady finger Avial , Buttermilk Curry
Ingredients :
Lady's Finger Avial (Vendakka Avial ) :
Vendakka ( Lady's Finger ) - 250g
For grinding:
Grated coconut - 8 tbsp

Cumin powder / Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp

Coconut oil - 2 tbsp

Fish - 400g

Onion - 1 ( medium)
Crushed garlic - 1 tsp
Crushed ginger - 1 1/2 tsp
Green chilli - 3

Tomato - 1 ( medium )
Chilli powder - 2 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Roasted fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 1 1/2 cup ( 1 /4 cup + 1 1/4 cup )
Tamarind ( Kudampuli ) - 3 piece
Salt
Coconut oil - 1 tsp
Butter milk Curry ( Moru curry ) :
Curd - 500ml
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Oil - 11/2 tbsp
Mustard - 3 /4 tsp
Dry chilli - 2
