Jay and I decided to run out to Tioga Recreation Area to get in a little mountain biking in the Fall leaves, and hopefully a little less wind. It was a high wind warning day with gusts into the upper 20's and it looked to be clearing up a little sooner out in the Grand Rapids, MN area so I loaded up the Ibis Exie and headed out. Temperatures were running in the low 50's and probably in the forties with the windchill. Tioga provides some nice flow and XC trails that we were after for the ride today. They do also have some really fun downhill and tech runs as well as the Pathfinder Playground skill park at the top of the hill. I would highly recommend a stop to the area if you're in northern Minnesota. Rapids Brewing has some tasty beverages and food items for post ride enjoyment as well. As you can see from the footage, the leaves are changing and dropping fast but it made for a beautiful Fall ride. Fall is one of my favorite times of the year to hit the trails as the temps are usually really nice as are the trails. Thanks for riding along and if you would, please hit that SUBSCRIBE button!
