is a place of famous pilgrimage centre of Odisha. Maa Tarini Temple is raised in modern time, the crude form of deity justify its pristine origin. The legend is that Maa Tarini is merciful and benevolent to her devotees.


Rani Sati Temple is located at a place called Birmitrapur, which lies about 35 km away from Rourkela. The temple is also known as the second Jhun-Jhun Dham in India. It is spread across an area of 2 acres of land. The temple was constructed in the year 1967.
