Ingredients:
Portion: 4 to 5 servings.

Seafood version:
5 cups chicken soup stock
4 eggs
8 oz (227 g) shrimp
8 oz (227 g) fish fillet
5 tsp cornstarch (3 for making slurry and 2 for marinade)
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp vegetable oil
Salt and white pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped scallion for garnish

Vegetable version:
5 cups chicken soup stock
4 eggs
2 cups mix vegetables (corn, green peas, and carrots)
3 tsp cornstarch (for slurry)
2 tsp vegetable oil
Salt and white pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped scallion for garnish
